Do I need to speak English to work at VINA Plywood?

It depends on the role. Production and operational roles primarily require Vietnamese. Commercial, export, logistics, and marketing roles require professional English. We always state language requirements clearly in each job listing.

Can I apply for multiple positions?

Yes. You are welcome to apply for more than one role if you meet the requirements. Please submit separate applications for each position to ensure each is reviewed properly.

Do you offer internships or fresh graduate positions?

Yes. We run a graduate program for select roles and welcome internship applications from final-year university students in engineering, business, marketing, and logistics. Contact hr@plywoods.vn with your CV and area of interest.

How long does the full hiring process take?

For most roles, the full process from application to offer takes 2–4 weeks. We communicate clearly at each stage and aim to avoid unnecessary delays.

Are there opportunities for remote or hybrid work?

Production and factory roles are fully on-site. Some commercial, marketing, and support roles offer hybrid arrangements based on performance and team agreement. We specify this in each job description.
